Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Senior CS Systems Administrator to architect and optimize our Customer Success technology stack, including Salesforce CS platforms and dedicated CS tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero. You’ll drive end-to-end administration, data integrity, and scalable deployments.

You’ll collaborate with CS Transformation and IT engineering to advance AI-enabled workflows, automate processes, and ensure high-performance data integration across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS System Administration & Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience administering dedicated CS platforms like Gainsight/ChurnZero.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) administration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure and maintain Salesforce CS platform logic and CS tools to drive efficiency.
• Design robust data integrations between CS platforms and data warehouses.
• Lead governance, security, and release management for CS tech stack.
• Collaborate with CS Transformation to translate business goals into scalable designs.
• Evaluate AI integrations and automate CS workflows.
• Oversee QA, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines across environments.
• Serve as escalation point for critical CS platform issues.
