Job summary

Third Native is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join a crypto/digital assets platform bridging crypto and enterprise finance. You will own strategic client relationships from go‑live, guiding monthly closes and optimizing product use.

Work with finance, operations, and product teams at leading institutions, translating complex crypto concepts into plain language, spotting risks before they occur, and delivering measurable value in a fast‑growing fintech.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a client-facing SaaS, consulting or finance-adjacent role.
• Genuine curiosity about where crypto and financial services are heading.
• Enough accounting foundation to discuss month-end and reconciliation.
• The confidence to translate technical concepts into plain language for clients.
• A proactive mindset – spot problems and move to fix them without being asked.
• Bonus if you have spent time around accounting software, audit or anything in the Web3 world.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for clients after go-live and maintain strategic relationships.
• Work with finance and operations teams to embed the platform into day-to-day workflows.
• Guide teams through monthly close processes and help them get more value from the product.
• Bridge between clients and internal teams to preempt issues and deliver measurable value.
