This role involves delivering high-quality technical service and support to customers while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, including hands-on involvement with cryogenic systems. Extensive domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with cryogenic systems and customer support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance at customer sites to ensure optimal system performance.
• Install and commission cryogenic systems, executing final system acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues both remotely and on-site.
• Provide timely communication to customers for high-quality service.
