Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Senior Analog Design Engineer to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs and reusable IP for cryogenic CMOS and quantum applications. You will drive designs from architecture through tapeout and silicon validation in collaboration with technology, PDK, modeling, and test teams.

The role requires 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong SPICE/layout skills, and an ability to analyze circuits across temperature and process variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience with analog/mixed-signal IC design and tapeout processes.
• Proficiency with SPICE, layout, DRC/LVS, and post-layout extraction.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits and reusable IP.
• Lead circuit development from architecture to tapeout and silicon validation.
• Perform thorough circuit analysis across PVT, including Monte Carlo/mismatch and noise.
