Job summary

Aramco Americas Company in Houston seeks a Crude Oil Scheduler to coordinate crude movements and optimize logistics across pipelines, terminals, and marine networks. You will interface with Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk, and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of crude supply strategies.

The role requires strong understanding of crude markets, logistics, and risk, plus fluency in SAP-based data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain management, or trading operations in petroleum products supply logistics.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data management abilities.
• Experience with scheduling/operations and commercial acumen in crude oil logistics.
• Ability to operate in an office environment in downtown Houston, TX with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the safe, timely, and cost-effective crude movements across pipeline, terminal, and marine logistics.
• Partner with Trading, Refining, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Manage scheduling activities including nominations, inventory movements, balancing, and load optimization.
• Monitor inventories, constraints, and risks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee marine cargo execution, vessel scheduling, terminal ops, and compliance.
• Review agreements to ensure alignment with operations and quality requirements.
• Support trade lifecycle through position reporting, settlement coordination, and inventory accounting.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP, Navarik, and other systems.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to drive operational excellence.
• Provide on-call support for uninterrupted crude supply and logistics execution.
