aramco is seeking a Crude Oil Scheduler to coordinate crude movements across pipelines, terminals, and marine shipments from Houston. You will work closely with Trading, Operations, Finance, and Risk to ensure timely, cost-efficient execution while maintaining data integrity in SAP and related systems.

The role demands strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complex logistics under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with data management and reporting; ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safe, timely, and cost-effective crude movements across pipeline, terminal, and marine networks.
• Partner with Trading, Refining, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders to execute strategies and transactions.
• Manage scheduling activities including nominations, inventory movements, balancing, reconciliations, and optimization.
• Monitor inventory positions, logistics constraints, and risks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee marine cargo execution, vessel scheduling, and terminal operations; ensure compliance with contracts and quality requirements.
• Provide on-call support to ensure uninterrupted crude supply and logistics execution.
