Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in systems administration, with strong Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server expertise, plus experience in automation and CM tools like Ansible or Puppet.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience in systems administration across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Expertise in both Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as RHCE, LPIC-2, Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Admin beneficial.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible and Puppet.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for scalability, performance, and automation across OS environments.
• Lead complex deployments involving both Linux and Windows systems.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and define platform standards with Systems Engineers.
• Drive OS-level security compliance, audit readiness, and incident prevention.
• Coach mid-level and junior administrators and conduct technical training.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams on enterprise initiatives.
