Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Typically ten or more years of project management experience.
• Project Management certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Distributing communications
• Coordinating meetings
• Supporting user readiness activities
• Steering Committee Decks (PowerPoint presentations)
• Action item management
• Managing requests for training class additions and ensuring training in the Training and Production environments
• Mapping employees to training classes
• Providing lists of classes, instructors, and participants
• Ensuring training is scheduled through EL&D
• Rescheduling training when employees miss sessions
• Coordinating field resources for training pull‑outs
• Obtaining classrooms in districts/regions
• Tracking training completion
• Managing passwords in training environment
• Backup resource for scheduling training classes into SuccessFactors
