Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive project management experience on medium-to-large scale projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resource plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Establish and execute effective communication plans to provide transparency and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coordination of project resources and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities and ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, executive updates, financial tracking, and project records.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster collaboration and drive accountability among team members and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and methodologies.
