Brooksource is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. The Project Manager III will serve as the primary point of coordination among stakeholders, business partners, and project teams while driving successful project execution and organizational change.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Establish and execute effective communication plans to provide transparency and alignment across project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Provide day-to-day direction and coordination of project resources and cross-functional teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate change management activities and ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, executive updates, financial tracking, and project records.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster collaboration and drive accountability among team members and business stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years of progressive project management experience managing medium-to-large scale projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resource plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept through implementation.
