Qualifications

• 8–10 years of business experience required, including 5–8 years in project management leading cross‑functional projects; PMP preferred.
• Requires knowledge of PMBOK concepts and ability to navigate organizational politics.
• Proficient in MSProject and MSOffice suite; strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project to meet goals within time and budget.
• Lead cross‑functional team members on highly complex projects.
• Identify conflicts and perform cost/benefit analysis and resource estimation.
• Estimate and plan resource usage.
• Coach and mentor less experienced project managers.
• Review project status and adjust schedules as needed.
• Oversee meetings and prepare status documents.
• Coach team members in project management techniques.
• Facilitate planning sessions and remove roadblocks.
• Influence owners, sponsors, steering committee, and senior management.
