AstraZeneca seeks a Senior IT Product Owner – CRM to lead the evolution of our next-generation CRM ecosystem on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, enabling an agentic CRM with Data Cloud and AI-driven automation. You will own the CRM vision, manage roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams acrossCommercial and Medical domains.

This role combines product ownership, technology leadership, and business partnership to shape platform strategy and ensure scalable delivery across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in CRM or customer engagement processes.
• Experience leading enterprise IT product ownership or CRM platform leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own global CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with Commercial strategy.
• Lead platform innovation and agentic CRM enablement using Salesforce and Data Cloud.
• Deliver end-to-end CRM solutions across Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Operate.
• Steer integrations, data activation, and AI-enabled workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and external vendors at a global scale.
• Coach distributed development teams and drive agile maturity.
