Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to build and run an always-on engine for lead conversion, cross-sell, retention, and relationship growth across Climate First Bancorp, Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future portfolio companies.

You will map journeys, identify next-best actions, and turn signals into relevant email, SMS, nurture, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Data, and Compliance to move

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, loyalty, marketing automation, or customer growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own enterprise CRM and lifecycle roadmap across prospecting, lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention, reactivation, and advocacy.
• Map end-to-end prospect and customer journeys; build triggered programs to move customers toward actions.
• Improve lead conversion by aligning messages, timing, and follow-ups across Marketing and business lines.
• Build coordinated cross-sell programs to deepen relationships without overwhelming customers.
• Plan, build, test, deploy, and optimize email, SMS, nurture, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns.
• Establish lifecycle KPIs and collaborate with Marketing Ops, Salesforce owners, Technology, and Analytics on platform capabilities.
