Climate First Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to build and run an always-on engine for lead conversion, cross-sell, retention, and relationship growth across Climate First Bancorp, Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future portfolio companies. You will map journeys and turn customer signals into relevant email, SMS, and nurture programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or marketing automation and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, loyalty, or marketing automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or communications, or equivalent experience.
• Ownership of complex multichannel programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform.
• Experience with journey design, segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Understanding of privacy, compliance and enterprise marketing governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the enterprise CRM and lifecycle roadmap from prospecting to retention.
• Map customer journeys and build triggered programs across channels.
• Build cross-sell programs that deepen relationships without overwhelming customers.
• Plan, deploy and optimize email, SMS, nurture, onboarding and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with Data, Technology and Compliance to ensure data quality and governance.
