Climate First Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to design and run an always-on CRM engine across Climate First Bancorp, Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future portfolio companies. You will map journeys, define moments, and create next-best-action programs across email, SMS, and nurturing channels to grow deposits and customer lifetime value.

You will lead cross-sell initiatives, collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Data, Technology, and Compliance, and ensure data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, loyalty, marketing automation, or customer growth.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Build and run an always-on CRM and lifecycle engine across Climate First Bancorp, Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future portfolio companies.
• Map customer journeys and trigger programs to move customers to the next meaningful action.
• Lead cross-sell programs that deepen relationships without overwhelming customers.
• Plan and deploy multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, nurture) and measure results.
• Partner with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Compliance to ensure data quality, availability, and responsible use.
