Talently seeks a Senior Manager, CRM, Email & SMS Activation to lead revenue-focused campaigns across email and SMS channels in a hybrid Westerville, Ohio setting. Role requires deep experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, with a proven ability to convert data into actionable improvements and measurable revenue growth across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns.
• Ability to drive revenue and business outcomes via CRM channels.
• Understanding CAN-SPAM, TCPA, deliverability, and customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
• Experience partnering with CRM Operations and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue performance across email and SMS, monitor results, and act on opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end campaign activation from intake and approvals through launch.
• Partner with CRM Strategy and Operations on builds, QA, deployment, and optimization.
• Translate campaign strategies into audience, personalization, timing, channel, and measurement requirements.
• Collaborate with data and strategy teams to define targeting and segmentation.
• Analyze campaign results: revenue, conversions, click-through, opt-out, and deliverability.
• Lead structured A/B testing and turn insights into recommendations.
• Maintain campaign standards, docs, and playbooks while improving workflows.
