Job summary

EverAI is seeking an experienced affiliate marketing lead to manage and scale our global affiliate network. You will oversee onboarding, performance reporting, and optimization across multiple channels to maximize ROI.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, you’ll recruit partners, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting funnels. This is a fully remote, international role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate networks and platforms.
• Strong data analysis for informed decisions.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing on multiple channels.
• Advanced skills with Everflow, Looker Studio and SEMrush.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates into the program.
• Monitor performance: traffic, conversions, ROI; report findings.
• Analyze results, optimize campaigns and scale opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and partners.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to craft high-converting funnels.
• Regularly review processes to improve affiliate communication.
