Job summary

Capgemini in the United States is seeking a Business Advisor to shape project visions, elicit requirements, and derive target processes with clients. The role includes leading BA activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the adoption of CRM solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a hybrid setting across major US cities, applying mature business-analysis practices in Agile/Scrum contexts and coordinating with multi-functional teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Sales Transformation or CRM transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Exposure to sales operations, customer lifecycle management, or CRM implementations.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and BA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Defines the methods and the business analysis framework for BA work on the project.
• Performs requirements elicitation and modelling.
• Performs leadership activities within the project and beyond.
