Job summary

Fortive Corporation (SE) seeks a Sr. CRM Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into CRM requirements and delivery plans. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to design functional solutions and lead projects from discovery to adoption.

This senior IC role mentors others and ensures platform reliability and governance. You will analyze requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CRM, and support related systems, including ERP integrations and BI reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years in commercial operations, business systems analysis, or program management.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and data workflows.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for CRM and related systems.
Design, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and connected ecosystem.
Lead production support, issue resolution, and system health monitoring.
Plan and manage projects across discovery, design, build, test, deployment, and training.
Mentor junior analysts and drive change management across stakeholders.
