Job summary
Veeva Systems in Boston is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Align product within the Vault CRM Suite to lead global projects with embedded AI capabilities and to document end-user requirements for life sciences customers.
This role blends project management, analysis, and advanced configurations; you will work with senior leadership, mentor teammates, and expand team best practices while traveling up to 20% as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in either Technology Consulting with Commercial Life Sciences OR Pharma Commercial Operations Sales Planning.
- Hands-on experience with data management and/or process analysis; proficient with MS Excel for small datasets and MS Access or SQL for larger datasets.
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time for customer and internal needs.
Responsibilities
- Mix of project management, analysis, and technical product work with advanced configurations.
- Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the SME.
- Able to translate complex client and vendor concepts for audiences of varying levels.
- Develop subject matter expertise on Life Sciences and Veeva solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members as a senior; lead customers and internal teams.
- Grow the capabilities of the team and accelerate best practices.
