Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technology Consulting with Commercial Life Sciences OR Pharma Commercial Operations Sales Planning experiences
• Hands-on experience with data management and/or process analysis; proficient with MS Excel for smaller data sets and MS Access or SQL for larger datasets
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer and internal needs

Responsibilities

• The role is a mix of project management, analysis, and technical product work with advanced configurations
• Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the subject matter expert
• Must be able to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences of varying perception levels
• Develop subject matter expertise on the Life Sciences industry and the Veeva solutions
• Mentor and develop team members as a senior on the team and lead to customers and internal teams
• Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices, and accelerators
