Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Senior CRM Content Specialist to lead content across email, SMS, and app communications for 20 brands. You will write copy, manage AI tools, and coordinate with Customer Engagement, Digital, and Brand Marketing teams.

You will refine tone of voice, translate brand voice into prompts, and own the content calendar while tailoring messaging to audiences and buyer stages. Hybrid schedule with strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or copywriting roles.
• Proven experience writing for customer relationship management marketing channels (email, SMS, direct mail, mobile app).
• Experience developing or working within brand voice/tone systems.
• Experience using AI tools to create marketing content.
• Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to build content library across email marketing, SMS, and app notifications.
• Maintain and enhance AI-powered tools to scale content creation across 20 brands.
• Write copy and select imagery for marketing communications across CRM channels.
• Refine tone-of-voice guidelines across the brand portfolio with marketing teams.
• Translate brand voice into structured prompts for consistent AI output.
• Own master content calendar strategy across 20 brands.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences, services, and customer journey stages.
• Use data to refine messaging, test headlines, hooks, and offers.
• Ensure copy aligns with brand standards, legal guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, CRM team, and brand marketing teams.
