The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in email/CRM marketing or copywriting, with experience across multiple brands. Hybrid work in Irving, TX and Waco, TX, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or copywriting.
• Experience writing for CRM channels: email, SMS, apps, direct mail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to build content library across email, SMS, and app communications.
• Maintain and enhance AI-powered tools to scale content creation across 20 brands.
• Write copy and imagery for marketing communications meeting brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Translate brand voice into prompts and workflows for consistent AI output.
• Own master content calendar strategy across the portfolio of brands.
