Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Senior CRM Content Specialist to lead content across email, SMS, and app channels. You will leverage AI tools to scale content across 20 brands and coordinate with Customer Engagement, Digital, and Brand Marketing teams.

You will write copy, refine tone-of-voice, and manage prompts/workflows for consistent AI output, while using performance data to optimize headlines and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or copywriting.
• Experience writing for CRM channels (email, SMS, app) and brand voice systems.
• Experience using AI tools to create marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content across email, SMS, and app communications.
• Maintain and scale AI-powered content tools and workflows.
• Write copy and select imagery for CRM communications.
• Refine tone-of-voice guidelines across 20 Neighborly brands.
• Translate brand voice into prompts and AI workflows.
• Own master content calendar for 20 brands.
