Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Senior CRM Coordinator within the Ecommerce & DTC team.

You will build and execute CRM campaigns primarily via email, with potential for SMS and web push, working with CRM Marketing Associates and Senior CRM Manager to support Digital Merchandising, Creative, Global Brand and National Account teams. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, develop Klaviyo flows, perform QA, identify testing opportunities, and learn CRM best practices to elevate campaigns across our brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a hands-on email operations role, with Klaviyo experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns from briefs to QA and execution.
• Build campaigns and flows in Klaviyo aligned to audience strategy and schedules.
• Conduct QA testing of copy, creative, and tags; ensure accuracy.
