Job summary

Mattel is seeking a CRM Senior Marketing Associate to support American Girl’s CRM programs across email and SMS, managing day-to-day campaign planning, production, and deployment.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, Loyalty, Ecomm/Merchandising, IT and external agency partners to deliver personalized, on-brand communications that support acquisition, retention, and lifetime customer value. The ideal candidate brings a data-informed mindset and strong execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer products.
• Hands-on experience with an ESP (Klaviyo preferred) and end-to-end campaign execution.
• Integrated marketing experience across paid and owned channels including ecommerce and retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of CRM campaigns across email and SMS, including promotions and product launches.
• Build, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, browse/cart abandon, post-purchase, loyalty, winback).
• Conduct QA and optimize campaigns through testing and data insights.
• Assist in performance reporting and develop insights to improve engagement and revenue.
