Job summary

West Monroe seeks a Senior Consultant to join the Technology & Experience practice as a CRM Solution Architect. You will design and implement CRM solutions for wealth management, banking, and insurance clients to improve advisor, employee, and customer experiences.

You will translate financial services requirements into scalable architectures, lead design workstreams, and collaborate with product owners, engineers, and client teams. Hybrid, in-office cadence and travel expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting or CRM technology implementation experience.
• Experience designing or implementing CRM technologies within financial services; platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise CRM technologies.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, banking, or insurance business processes and how CRM capabilities support financial services.
• Ability to advise clients on CRM platform capabilities, data models, integrations, and solution architecture beyond simple configuration.
• Familiarity with wealth management technologies and advisor workflows, taking part in client workshops.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insights.
• Ability to travel 25–50% and work in a hybrid model (2x in office).
• Eligibility to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM solution architecture and design workstreams for wealth management, banking, and insurance clients.
• Advise clients on CRM strategy, platform selection, and solution design to best support business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, data models, configurations, and integrations.
• Facilitate requirements and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Design solutions for advisor workflows, client servicing, case management, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate CRM platform interactions with broader fintech ecosystems and core banking tech.
• Manage design deliverables and risks while aligning with client expectations.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, engineers, and client teams throughout delivery.
• Develop expertise across CRM platforms and wealth tech, sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Contribute to proposals, assets, and practice knowledge; use AI to accelerate analysis and insights.
