Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and governing enterprise solution architectures across domains.
• Ability to balance enterprise strategy with hands-on engineering credibility.
• Experience in regulated environments and federated platform models.
• Deep Salesforce and CRM platform experience, including Data Cloud.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and AI-native transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise solution architecture strategy, standards, guardrails, and reference architectures.
• Lead cross-functional architecture decisions across domains such as CRM, Marketing Tech, and UX/UI.
• Embed governance, security, resiliency, and performance into designs.
• Mentor architects, align roadmaps, and drive platform modernization.
