Alpha Financial Markets Consulting seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead discovery, design, and delivery of enterprise architectures for its North American client base.

You will guide cloud, data, and AI initiatives, mentor cross-functional teams, and partner with executives to translate business needs into scalable technology strategies.

The role requires travel up to 80% and offers a competitive compensation package within a meritocratic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture or related technical fields.
• Experience designing technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices.
• Exposure to AI, ML, or generative AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and assessment activities, including current-state analysis and requirement gathering.
• Design and own solution architectures spanning applications, data, cloud, integration, and enterprise tech.
• Provide senior technical guidance on architecture decisions, cost, risk, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support clients in defining future-state data architectures and integrations.
• Mentor technical teams across engineering, data, product, and business functions.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and technical standards.
