Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Technology & Experience practice as a CRM Solution Architect. You will design and implement CRM solutions for wealth management, banking, and insurance clients, aligning platform capabilities with business needs.

You will partner with product owners, analysts, engineers, and client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, leveraging Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar platforms and applying AI-augmented analysis to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting, CRM, technology implementation or related experience with ownership of solution design/workstreams.
• Experience designing or implementing CRM technologies within financial services (Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar).
• Strong understanding of wealth management, banking, or insurance processes and CRM capabilities.
• Ability to advise on CRM platform capabilities, data models, integrations, and architecture beyond pure configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM solution architecture and design workstreams for wealth management, banking and insurance clients.
• Advise on CRM strategy, platform selection, technology consolidation and solution design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, data models, configurations and integrations.
• Facilitate requirements/design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
