Metrocare Services is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist Team Lead to work with an interdisciplinary treatment team delivering intensive, community-based crisis support for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illness.

You will assess clients at risk, develop stabilization plans, train caregivers, mentor staff, and ensure on-call coverage while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in psychology, ABA, social work or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervised behavior services experience with IDD.
• Licensed or eligible for relevant clinical license.

Responsabilités

• Lead crisis intervention team and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Assess IDD consumers at risk of crisis using a biopsychosocial model.
• Develop crisis intervention plans and mentor staff on implementation.
• Provide after-hours on-call crisis support as scheduled.
• Document progress and complete required reports.
