Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with related crisis/human services experience.
• Bilingual abilities or additional languages may be required for some programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals in acute mental health crises.
• Assist with information gathering, safety planning, and de-escalation during incidents.
• Coach staff on crisis response, debriefing, and adherence to protocols.
• Document progress notes in accordance with MediCal or relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with community resources and arrange transport when needed.
