Illinois Crisis Prevention Network in Springfield, IL seeks a qualified clinician to provide guidance and consultation for individuals with developmental disabilities facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will develop and implement action plans to keep individuals in their current placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field.
• Specialized knowledge in intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism or mental illness.
• Understanding of behavior analysis and behavior plans with measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referrals within 24 hours and observe within 72 hours.
• Maintain standard of care and provide crisis services as needed.
• Document intake, service summaries, plans and case closures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to assess needs and treatment paths.
• Conduct on-site observations and environmental reviews to guide care.
• Engage with families, schools and agencies to generalize supports.
