Job summary

Fraser Yachts Group seeks a Crew Coordinator Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale to lead the Crew Coordinators and Assistant Crew Coordinators, ensuring crew are selected, contracted, certified, and compliant with STCW95 for assigned yachts.

You will work with the Yacht Management Team to interview candidates, perform background checks, coordinate payroll, travel, and training, and travel as needed to support yacht operations and fleet needs.

Qualifications

• University education preferred with maritime field experience.
• 3 years of experience in crew administration/coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and recommend crew members to the owner / captain, using where possible “The Crew Network”.
• Ensure each crewmember is enrolled in the crew medical plan and assist with claim handling.
• Provide each crew member with a SEA contract and ensure required certifications are valid.
• Assist with booking crew travel and coordinating flights.
• Oversee payroll discussions and ensure social security contributions and payroll taxes are handled.
