Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Work experience may substitute for relevant education.
• Experience in cruise or yachting industry preferred.
• Working experience in accounting or auditing.

Aufgaben

• Supervision of Yacht Administrators and Assistants.
• Plan and review vacation planning and organize backups.
• Conduct periodic reviews of duties of other Yacht Administrators.
• Ensure timely financial reports and annual operating budgets.
• Present Yacht Management Services and budgets to potential clients.
• Control signatories on yacht accounts and approve payments.
• Train Yacht Administrators in financial procedures and QuickBooks.
• Regular meetings with Yacht Administrators and supervisors.
• Manage accounting for assigned yachts: AP/AR, payroll, reporting, taxes, and communications.
• Travel domestically and internationally to attend boat shows and visits.
