Job summary

Allianz Trade in North America is seeking a credit-risk focused professional to decide credit limits, manage a dedicated customer portfolio, and support profitability initiatives within the Risk Business Model and IRP framework. The role emphasizes proactive service, collaboration with brokers, and cross-functional teamwork.

The candidate should bring 4–7 years of financial management experience in banking or credit insurance, a strong analytical background, and familiarity with Allianz Trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related discipline.
• Advanced degree, MBA or MS Finance preferred.
• 4-7 years’ experience in financial management in banking, credit insurance brokerage or credit insurance environment.
• Excellent computer skills, with understanding of financial software and spreadsheet packages.
• Market knowledge in dedicated business industries.
• Strong business expertise and finance assessment skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Allianz Trade Underwriting; demonstrated commercial awareness.
• Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm for learning AI in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Decide credit limit requests consistently within Risk Business Model response times.
• Manage a dedicated customer portfolio with proactive service and regular meetings with customers and brokers.
• Support Commercial in steering customers’ loss ratio and profitability of portfolio.
• Take responsibility in RBM and IRP related projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with other core functions.
