Allianz Trade in North America is seeking a credit-risk focused professional to decide credit limits, manage a dedicated customer portfolio, and support profitability initiatives within the Risk Business Model and IRP framework. The role emphasizes proactive service, collaboration with brokers, and cross-functional teamwork.

The candidate should bring 4–7 years of financial management experience in banking or credit insurance, a strong analytical background, and familiarity with Allianz Trade

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related discipline.
• Advanced degree, MBA or MS Finance preferred.
• 4-7 years’ experience in financial management in banking, credit insurance brokerage or credit insurance environment.
• Excellent computer skills, with understanding of financial software and spreadsheet packages.
• Market knowledge in dedicated business industries.
• Strong business expertise and finance assessment skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Allianz Trade Underwriting; demonstrated commercial awareness.
• Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm for learning AI in business processes.

Job Purpose

Ensures most effective credit limit service in terms of quality of decision, turnaround time and communication toward customers. Attracts new customers/prospects by quality of service and underwriting decisions and builds a trustee relationship with customers, to improve customer portfolio profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Decide credit limit requests consistently, within response time delays included in Risk Business Model by assessing buyer with all information available in IRP and his/her own market knowledge.
• Responsible of a dedicated customers portfolio, steering it and providing a pro‑active service level, according to PH classification by regularly meeting customers and broker and by organizing telephone conferences.
• Contributes to support Commercial in steering customers loss ratio and implement necessary actions to ensure or restore profitability of portfolio.
• Takes responsibility in projects and initiatives supporting RBM and IRP related matters.
• Builds relationships with other core functions.

Key Requirements

Total Compensation Range

$105,000 - $115,000

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.
