• Significant experience in commercial banking and credit administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level leadership and oversight within the credit administration function.
• Develop, implement, and enhance credit policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with lending and credit teams to support sound credit decisions.
• Monitor portfolio quality and risk trends.
• Review complex credit relationships and identify potential risks.
• Support loan approval, administration, and portfolio management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, underwriters, analysts, and leadership.
• Improve processes, systems, workflows, and reporting within the credit organization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to credit staff.
• Participate in audits, examinations, loan reviews, and risk initiatives.
