U.S. Bank is seeking a risk professional to partner with Business Banking and 2LoD to develop, implement, and oversee an effective risk management framework.

The role focuses on advancing credit policies, guiding growth with prudent risk governance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize regulatory exposure. The position emphasizes strong analytical skills, collaboration with multiple risk partners, and expertise in underwriting systems and data tools such as PowerBI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience.
• Applicable professional certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing credit policy support to the Business Banking organization, partnering with credit policy owners in 2LoD.
• Drive strategic credit initiatives balancing growth with prudent risk management and governance.
• Monitor the impact of implemented credit initiatives and optimize results.
• Represent the Business Banking Credit and Product teams in cross-functional working groups.
• Monitor policy changes for Business Banking impact and engage stakeholders as needed.
• Partner with Credit Delivery, Governance, and other teams to determine impact and actions from proposed policy changes.
