Qualifications

• No direct reports in this role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex entities and structures to evaluate business justification for Institutional Bank credit requests.
• Drive the credit transaction review process including term sheets, revenue trends, and returns on capital.
• Support underwriting, documentation, and monitoring of various credit facilities.
• Assist lenders and management with monitoring existing credit portfolios and ad-hoc research.
• Advise on regulatory capital and liquidity implications of exposure.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support balance sheet discipline and franchise value.
• Contribute to special projects enabled by AI to achieve investment performance goals.
