Qualifications

• 3+ years of asset-based lending, securitized lending, or forward financing.
• Advanced understanding of financial analysis and credit underwriting.
• Strong ability to build and review complex financial models.
• Thorough knowledge of credit agreements, covenants, and loan docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and due diligence for prospective transactions.
• Develop and review cash flow and financial models for risk/return.
• Assist with negotiating key transaction terms and covenants.
• Prepare credit memoranda and present to senior management and investors.
• Run stress-testing and communicate risks to leadership.
• Oversee ad hoc analyses and respond to internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor market conditions and regulatory developments affecting portfolios.
