Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced senior leader to design and deliver credit solutions for Practice Solutions. You will supervise underwriting, structuring, and negotiations, partnering with client-facing teams to provide product expertise and drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business banking and/or Practice Solutions experience.
• Established, proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills, polish, and executive presence.
• A leader in managing talent selection, development and coaching.
• Strong time and operational management skills.
• Familiarity with cash flow credit skills and related market influences (profiling, structuring, underwriting, pricing, delivery).
• Experience focusing on credit structuring and underwriting in Practice solutions and/or business banking space.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to influence others while building strong partnerships and retaining credibility.
• Willingness and ability to drive process efficiencies and operational excellence by leveraging tools such as digitization, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Drives responsible loan growth for Practice Solutions credits.
• Breaks down barriers to create a more inclusive environment that supports company Great Place to Work goals.
• Challenges end-to-end process efficiency and effectiveness, championing data driven decision-making and removing obstacles to optimize operations.
• Contributes to enterprise strategy and influences messaging to connect team contributions to business purpose, results, and success.
• Inspects and challenges risk controls, governance and culture to ensure the timely identification, escalation, debate and remediation of risk across the organization.
• Coaches to sustain and elevate organizational performance while differentiating to ensure pay for performance.

• Inspects and manages the health of the bench to ensure succession for the organization, while supporting enterprise talent needs.
