Kitsap Credit Union, Bremerton, WA, is seeking a Director of Lending Analytics & Secondary Markets to lead enterprise lending analytics and reporting across consumer, mortgage, and commercial portfolios.

The role drives underwriting optimization, portfolio management, pricing strategy, and balance sheet performance while partnering with Finance, Treasury, and executive leadership to ensure timely, meaningful reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in lending analytics, portfolio management, or related analytics within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and administration of enterprise lending analytics and reporting frameworks across all lending products and portfolios.
• Develop standardized executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting packages for leadership and board reporting.
• Deliver timely, accurate insights on underwriting trends, delinquency migration, charge-offs, recoveries, and pricing effectiveness.
• Support loan sale, participation, and secondary market analytics and balance sheet optimization strategies.
