• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and client-focused mindset.

• Evaluate consumer and business credit requests per approved policies.
• Analyze financial statements to assess cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and balance sheet strength.
• Apply risk methodologies to determine probability of default and Basel III compliance.
• Assess collateral, loan structures, covenants, and events of default.
• Identify and document key credit risks with mitigating factors.
• Formulate and present clear credit recommendations with rationale.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Risk partners on loan structures.
• Monitor portfolios, identify emerging risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Escalate complex matters to Credit Executives with proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with Risk Support and Closing to ensure compliant execution of facilities.
