Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or related field.
• 3 years of CRE lending experience or 5 years in banking/finance.
• Strong understanding of multifamily real estate valuations and cash flow.
• Solid financial analysis of cash flows, valuations and personal statements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with regional CRE markets and municipal regulations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and adapting to proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all credit analysis on loans secured by multifamily and CRE.
• Evaluate and manage risk in each transaction.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, processing, closing and legal.
• Apply policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements to credit analysis.
• Apply data analysis to interpret results and provide management insights.
• Serve as a technical expert addressing inquiries and system issues in credit risk tools.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance decision-making and competitiveness.
