JPMorgan Chase in New York hires a Vice President to lead Multifamily Credit Risk within Risk Management and Compliance. You will apply your credit training and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to assess the creditworthiness of clients, properties, and markets for new loan originations.

You will supervise the due diligence process, coordinate with bankers, analysts, and legal counsel, and prepare Transaction Approval Memos and cash flow proformas to support loan approvals.

Qualificações

• BS or advanced degree with business focus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate including credit or structuring.
• Significant CRE multifamily knowledge.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac applications.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and underwrite Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily loan requests with agency guidelines.
• Independently manage the transaction, timeline, and deal team during due diligence.
• Communicate and collaborate with bankers, analysts, clients, and counsel.
• Analyze financial statements, real estate, and market data to develop underwriting cash flows.
• Draft Transaction Approval Memos and present to Credit Risk for approval.
• Train and mentor junior Credit Officers and Analysts.
• Contribute to platform infrastructure and processes through special projects.
