Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 10+ years of banking experience with completion of formal credit training or equivalent in credit analysis and secured lending.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lending teams, portfolios, and lines of business for credit risk concerns, including exception reporting and trend analysis.
• Review and approve credit requests, modifications, amendments, and waivers for commercial banking relationships.
• Ensure efficient delivery of credit risk support and promote a strong customer experience.
• Provide guidance for credit education initiatives and process improvements.
• Offer feedback on proposed loan structures and recommend enhancements to improve credit quality.
