Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years of banking experience with credit analysis or credit training
• Demonstrated experience in managing loan portfolios and approving credit risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Review and approve credit requests, modifications, amendments, and waivers for commercial banking relationships across product areas
• Monitor lending teams and portfolios for credit risk issues such as exception reporting and trend analysis
• Ensure efficient delivery of credit risk to promote a strong customer experience both internally and externally
• Provide guidance on loan package improvements and credit education content
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve optimal outcomes
