Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
• 15 years of lending/credit experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial risk and regulatory frameworks.
• Solid accounting/financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior credit risk officer for large, complex segments in wholesale lending or specialty lines.
• Lead risk culture development and appetite alignment across the organization.
• Provide risk leadership with guidance and mentoring to teammates.
• Develop and communicate credit strategies, limits, and policies with LOB partners.
• Exercise delegated loan authority to balance risk and profitability.
• Monitor portfolio risk, identify emerging risks, and present updates to senior leaders.
