Job summary

Seacoast Bank in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a senior Credit Risk Analytics Manager to oversee CRR's credit risk analytics and ensure compliance with UBS policy and U.S. regulatory expectations.

You will manage data integration, develop data-driven risk analyses, support monthly risk assessments and board reports, mentor a small team, and ensure data touchpoints comply with global and local protocols. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or equivalent work experience is necessary.
• MBA, financial certification (CFA, FRM) and/or formal financial services credit training is highly desirable.
• 10+ years’ financial services experience with extensive knowledge of credit and credit risk in various sectors.
• 10+ years’ experience with SQL, Oracle, Qlikview and/or Python in data management supporting credit risk reporting.
• Familiarity with multiple credit products and willingness to learn new ones.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage data integration for CRR to perform core functions.
• Develop and maintain data-driven risk analyses for subject credit risk portfolios.
• Create data-driven sample files aligned with U.S. regulatory expectations.
• Generate timely credit risk reporting for monthly risk assessments and Board reports.
• Track CRR issues in firm-wide tracking systems and maintain audit trails.
• Lead continual improvement of CRR workpaper platform for stability and efficiency.
• Ensure data touchpoints comply with UBS and local policies and requirements.
• Assist in planning and executing the CRR annual Plan.
• Maintain compliance with all data and systems policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead emergency contingency and recovery plans; undertake special projects as directed.
